With an early morning, cool harvest, the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc has retained a fresh crispness and tight line . Fermented in stainless steel to maintain the clean purity of fruit. Rested and bottled early July capturing the zesty, cool climate favours. Steely green colour with a hint of slate. The nose speaks of lime, melon rind and passion-fruit with some fresh cut grass undertones providing balance. The palate is fresh and crisp showing citrus and tropical fruits.
