This box has 6 different wines from all our vineyards across the Wambuul Valley. The Rural Method di Renzo is the same pink sparkling from the first box, the Wambuul Chardonnay has notes of mandarin peel, raw cashew and green pineapple with a dried herb bitter edge keeping things in check. The Bella Luna Chardonnay has a very different profile with layered and comforting yellow stone fruit, hay, honey and ginger character.

For the reds, the Sangiovese is bright fruited yet savoury and spicey at the same time- a game changer food wine, while the Tempranillo/Graciano blend shows crunchy red fruits like redcurrant and cranberry alongside darker cherry and blueberry fruit. It’s juicy yet savoury and brings plenty of tannin and chew to the table. Finally, the Wambuul Cab Sav is an archetypal cool climate Cabernet with concentrated flavours of cassis, mint chocolate, black pepper and dried herbs.
