Renzano, our COVID project. Made in conjunction with our good friend Evan Stroeve, a great bloke and an even better bar tender. He is currently running Re, one of Sydney’s most exciting new bars. Sweet Renzano is much like an amaro in style. Bitter, herbaceous and brimming with flavour- it’s been concocted using an array of different ingredients many of which were foraged locally, from the garden or purchased from Australian suppliers.
Sweet Renzano contains; absinth wormwood, sweet wormwood, pepperberry, native sage, bay leaf, aniseed mytle, wild olive leaf, chamomile, rock samphire seeds, river mint, rhubarb, peach leaf, wild plum, oregano, mugwort, wattle seed, seville orange rind and dandelion root.
Produced on Wiradyuri Land
